Tree Removal
Tree removal can be achieved in various ways depending the space available on site. Felling or dismantling a tree can be the best option in cases where trees are dead, dying or dangerous. We will always aim to retain healthy trees where possible, however removal of trees can also be undertaken in a way that is sympathetic to the surrounding environment.
Hedge Trimming &
Shrub Clearance
Regular trimming ensures hedges are maintained, under control and healthy.
Different hedge species require varying approaches in terms of frequency of cut.
Formal hedges will need maintaining twice a year, while an informal boundary hedge or mixed species may only require a yearly trim.

New Tree &
Shrub Planting
As a company we love to plant new trees. We can plan, source and plant replacement tree's where we have removed or can advise and carry out new projects to add an arboricultural interest to gardens or larger sites.
Crown Thinning & Reducing
If you are hoping to allow more light or space into your site or garden but would like to maintain the character of your tree(s), management techniques are very effective.
Crown thinning is the removal of a percentage of a canopy's density. It can be used to increase dappled light into areas of deep shade.
Sympathetic canopy reductions and crown lifting can help a tree fit neatly within it's setting without harming it's integrity.
Pollarding is a technique used on certain tree species to contain their size.
Deadwooding is the removal of deadwood from a tree's canopy for safety.
Stump Grinding
Stump grinding uses a piece of specialist machinery to remove stumps without damaging the surrounding area.
The equipment can access small rear gardens and remove stumps for new planting, grass or other landscaping plans.
